When the COVID-19 pandemic hit many clinics were forced to shut their doors. The abortion provider community immediately began to rethink how we could continue to deliver high quality, safe care to people who needed an abortion. Across the country providers began follow the self-managed at home abortion model where abortion pills were discretely mailed to a pregnant person's home without them ever having to set foot in a clinic.

In October of 2021, Pills by Post joined the movement and we have since made it possible for thousands of women to have abortion pills/ Plan C pills mailed directly to their preferred mailing address.

We provide a free consultation to determine if you are eligible to take the medication. We charge $0-$135 if you choose to have the abortion pill mailed to you or $0-$70 if would like to pick your prescriptions up at a local CVS pharmacy (depending on your insurance a separate pharmacy fee may apply when you go to pick up your abortion pills).

We currently serve all of California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Virginia, Washington, and Washington D.C. Many of our clients come from Chicago, the New York City Metropolitan Area (Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and Long Island, Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver and Aurora.
